The Princess and the Frog is schedule for a worldwide release on December 11, 2009, but before that date, the movie will be shown in theatres in New York and Los Angeles for a limited showing on November 25. The Princess and the Frog a 2D animation film from Walt Disney Animation Studios.
The Princess and the Frog is directed by John Musker and Ron Clements. Musker and Clements were the directors of highly acclaimed animated movies like Aladdin, Little Mermaid, Treasure Planet, Hercules and many others. Songs and musical scoring are composed by Randy Newman. The main characters were played by Anika Noni Rose (Princess Tiana), Bruno Campos (Prince Naveen), Jennifer Cody (Charlotte), and even Oprah (Eudora) played a part on this film.
The Synopsis of The Princess and the Frog:
A prince named Naveen from the land of Maldonia is transformed into a frog by the evil scheming voodoo magician Dr. Facilier. The frog prince mistakes a girl named Tiana for a princess and has her kiss him to break the spell. However, the kiss doesn't break the spell, but instead turns Tiana into a frog as well. Together, the two of them must reach the good voodoo priestess of the Bayou, named Mama Odie, while befriending a trumpet-playing alligator and a hopelessly romantic firefly along the way.

Watch Jonas Season 1 Episode 14: Karoake Surprise

This coming Sunday, September 6, 2009 another new episode fro JONAS! will be aired. The Jonas Season 1 Episode 14 is entitled Karaoke Surprise. Lot of blogs has been posted about this so I jump into the bandwagon and posted one for my self too.
Just like you, I am also excitedly waiting for the Jonas Episode 14: Karaoke Surprise . I guess I am also joining in the frenzy. The episode 14 of JONAS! is schedule to be aired on Disney Channel on Sunday next week, September 06, 2009. The Jonas Season 1 Episode 14: Karaoke Surprise is all about Stella getting jealous as she thought that the boys (Jonas Brother) and Macy are excluding her from the group. But the real reason for Macy spending so much time with Joe and the rest of the boys is that, they are planning a surprise party for Stella for their ten-year Friend-A-Versary. This will another fun and rockin’ episode from Jonas.

On next Sunday, August 02, brand new episode from the gorgeous Lucas Brother… ummhh… Jonas Brothers and Sonny Munroe eerr… Demi Lovato will air. Summer heat is still in the air, thus, our favorite Disney Channel TV series is just starting to heat up. Brand new episode will air this August from our favorite JONAS! and Sonny With A Chance. Plus Hannah Montana is getting hotter with its amazing new episodes, while the Wizards of Waverly Place is concentrating on the Wizards and Vampires love affair. Meanwhile, the double-trouble Zack and Cody are ready to the sail the second season of The Suite Life on Deck .
As mentioned, Jonas Season 1 Episode 10: Love Sick will air this coming August. Love Sick is all about Joe and Stella relationship. On this episode Joe is questioning his relationship with Stella, because his brothers suggest that Stella wants to be more than just a friend. According to some rumors, this is the episode where Stella and Joe kiss. How true is that? Let’s find out on August 2.
On the other hand Sonny With A Chance Season 1 Episode 15: Tales From The Prop House will be aired. On this episode So Random! and Mackenzie Falls casts will fighting over the old prop house. Demi Lovato will lead the fight as being Sonny of So Random! and Sterling Knight will lead the Mackenzie Falls casts as being Chad.
Meanwhile, the Wizard and Vampire love affair of Justin and Juliet flourishes on the Wizards on Waverly Place Season 2 Episode 27: Tasty Bites episode. And Miley Cyrus aka Miley Stewart aka Hannah Montana will be having a skiing accident on Hannah Montana Season 3 Episode 20: I Honestly Love You (No, Not You) episode.
Wizards on Deck With Hannah Montana

How about if the beautiful faces of Disney will come together in single show? Have you ever wish to see Debby Ryan, Emily Osment, Brenda Song, Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus in one show? Well, I did. I want to see all the stars from Hannah Montana, The Suite Life on Deck and Wizards on Waverly Place interacting in a one show.
To all fans who are like me, who want to see Disney stars together, our wish is coming true on July 17. The Disney Channel will be giving us the special episode called Wizards On Deck With Hannah Montana . Wizards on Deck With Hannah Montana is the special cross-over event on Disney which they intertwined the three hottest Disney TV series namely, Hannah Montana, The Suite Life on Deck and Wizards on Waverly Place.
Wizards on Deck With Hannah Montana is divided into 3 sub-episodes. It will start off with Wizards of Waverly Place Season 2 Episode 25: Cast-Away (To Another Show) at 8:00 PM, followed by The Suite Life on Deck Season 1 Episode 21: Double-Crossed at 8:30 PM and it will end with Hannah Montana Season 3 Episode 19: Super(stitious) Girl at 9:00 PM.
Disney Channel will be ending the summer of 2009 with a bang with its movie offering. On August 1, 2009 Disney will premier the Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie.

Jonas Brothers is Fashion Victim

The gorgeous Jonas Brothers is on the Disney Channel this Sunday, June 21, 2009 on their new TV show J.O.N.A.S! The siblings who ha been known for their pop-rock music and movie Camp Rock is now being featured weekly on their show on Disney Channel. Jonas Brothers had joined Hannah Montana, Sonny With A Chance , Aaron Stone and many others in the Disney Channel Original Series. The brothers Kevin, Joe and Nick together with their youngest brother Frankie is giving a laughter and song to all their fans. This coming Sunday JONAS! Season 1 Episode 7: Fashion Victim is to be aired as part of Disney's Summer of Stars special programming block.
In Fashion Victim episode is all about Stella getting revenge on Joe. Stella has been wanting to go out with the football jock, and when the jock has finally asked her Joe is ruining Stella's the chance for date. The Brothers had been teasing Joe of being jealous with the jock, he’s is denying but he obviously really jealous of Stella dating.
Meanwhile, Jonas Brother are preparing to meet the Prime Minister of England, wearing their best. To get even with Joe, the fashionable Stella commits a crime of fashion but letting him wear a fun outfit. A tight-fitting yellow pants and a ceremonial top with matching gold pilot cap and a very large sunglasses.
Princess Protection Program and JONAS! on Disney Channel

In addition to long line of entertaining but highly recommended shows like Hannah Montana, Wizard of Waverly Place among others, the Disney Channel has added a new TV series JONAS!. JONAS! is new teen oriented TV series stars the pop-rock superstar the Jonas Brothers.
The JONAS! TV series will be all about a group of rock stars trying to lead regular lives. In the series Kevin, Joe and Nick will be playing the role of the Lucas brother who formed a band called Jonas. The brothers are trying to cope with being rock stars who in addition are also trying to fight-off screaming fans and attend high school normally at the same time.
On the other hand the Princess Protection Program is another Disney Original Movie, which promises fun and entertaining stories like High School Musical, Camp Rock and many others. The Princess Protection Program stars the two uprising teenage Disney stars, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez on the leading role. The TV movie is scheduled to premiere on Disney Channel in June. Princess Protection Program is directed by Allison Liddi.
On the movie Demi Lovato plays as role of a royal princess name Princess Rosalinda while Selena Gomez plays the role of Carter Mason, the daughter of Agent Mason, an ordinary American teenage girl.
Do-It-Yourself Garlic Pesticide

Nowadays, using natural pesticides which are environment friendly is highly encouraged. One of these natural pesticides is garlic. Its strong odor repels many crop pests. To prevent pest from going near the main crop, plant garlic as intercrop throughout the area at a distance of about 4 – 5 feet or plant them as borders of your garden or field.
Garlic can also be used in a spray against pests. Here’s a simple way to make a garlic spray.
1.Crush a handful of garlic cloves;
2.Add one-half (1/2) liter of boiling water to the crushed garlic and let it stay for a day;
3.After one day, strain the mixture using a cloth or a fine sieve;
4.Add four liters of soapy water;
5.Spray the affected plants early in the morning.
If the pest does not repel, spray again in three days. The make the spray even more effective, variation of garlic spray can be done like adding two or three hot peppers or a couple of onions in the spray solution.
In the absence of a sprayer, garlic can also be applied as powder. Dry he garlic cloves them crush them. After morning dew had dried, dust or brush the powder on the plants. To keep out pests in your storage area, dry and crush garlic leaves. Add some ashes and scatter the mixture in the area.

Captivating Capiz Celebrates Boys and Girls Week
09.23.08 (10:12 pm) [edit]The Province of Capiz is celebrating its 9th Boys and Girls Week which started last Monday, September 22 and would end on September 26. This 5-day project is sponsored by the The Rotary Club of Metro Roxas (RCMR). The Project started in 1999 which committed to help the Capiz youth to develop their leadership skills.
"The idea about the project was hatched after The Rotary Club of Metro Roxas had seen the need for the youth to become oriented and acquainted with what our public officials are doing and how they run our local government," said a press release about the project. A rigorous selection process conducted in order to select the best and the brightest youth in the province. The project was only offered to the top 5 fourth-year students both in the public and private high schools in Capiz. They were given qualifying examination and the top 20 qualifiers had undergone another written examination. A panel interview was conducted, which determined the final 15 winners who was installed as Capiz Boy/Girl Governor,Vice-Governor and Sangguniang Panlalawigan members. These selected boys and girls are address as real province officials. They are being called Honorable Governor or Honorable Board Member for the entire week.
This project is supported and endorsed by the Department of Education. According to Rotary International this project vital because it gives importance and recognition to the youth as the future hope and leaders of our fatherland. They also believed that they can help build future leaders by helping the youth realize their dreams. This year theme for Boys and Girls Week is "Make Dreams Real".
The Captivating Capiz Zinnia and The Seer believe and wish that this project could make honest leaders in the future. Leaders that have real concern to the welfare of our country.
Having Fun In The Rain In Captivating Capiz
09.22.08 (2:20 am) [edit]It keeps on raining for two two days in a row, it stops for a while then pours on unmercifully again. When I look at the rice fields the water started to rise which shows the possibility of flooding again, making the farmers to be nervous because of the threat that their rice which is supposed to be harvested soon will be submerged in water. When this happen the captivating capiz is not so captivating anymore.
We have no class today because its CAPRISA(Capiz Private Schools Association) week. No class and its raining, it is a perfect ingredients for one boring day. I stared at the window and watch the rainfall, watching the raindrops and gentle swaying of leaves make me quite sentimental. It makes me smile because it triggers the pleasant memory of my childhood. The times where I knew nothing but having fun, no complications and no obligations. I could still clearly remember bathing in the rain with my sister and my cousins, running and laughing not a caring a single thought of being sick or being seen naked. How I wish I could do something like that again, but it seems impossible. I can't be able to bathe and play in the rain naked, I could get arrested to indecent exposure.
Wonderful memories seem to flood my mind every time the rain is falling. It feels good. It restores my faith in things, in people, in life. It makes my life a little lighter and happier too.

Putting In A Box
09.18.08 (9:15 pm) [edit]We normally hear the expression thinking inside(outside) the box, which means going beyond what is normal. This type of thinking is usually viewed positively because it can produce create and highly imaginative ideas. On the other way around, another idea which is called the "Putting in a Box" seems to be viewed negatively. This simply means categorizing or labeling things in the same category and its often treated in a general manner. For example, if you are born in Capiz they would label you as aswang, putting you in a box which was set for all Capizeño long before you were born. In some instances, people are the putting all residence in squatters area as either thief, drug pusher or prostitute in the same box without even considering that there are many outstanding citizens and professional living in that area.
Putting in a box is a bad way of labeling a person, it connotes discrimination. Nobody wants to be discriminated in whatever way, even in that stupid putting in a box thinking. No two people is alike and what other have done doesn't mean all of them done it all. Stop putting people in the box.
